How long does it take to get my photos?
All still photos are provided the same day by 10pm. Rush delivery (photos only) available within 2 hours from the time of the appointment. Photos are delivered via URL link to simple and secured cloud storage.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards. Payment is invoiced via E-Mail shortly after product delivery. There is a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If there are circumstances preventing you from using a card for payment, please contact us for special arrangements.
Do I need to be there for the appointment?
We need somebody there to allow access to the home. This can be the homeowner, an authorized real estate agent, or an adult 18 years of age or older. We may also access the property via contractor box. We are not authorized access via MLS Keybox.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
Any appointment may be modified up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled start time. Within 24 hours, there is a $50 fee to modify or cancel an appointment.
What is the satisfaction guarantee?
We take pride in our work. If you are not completely satisfied with our final product, we will reshoot within 24 hours.

Seattle VIP Photo provides you with unlimited rights to your photos, however, we reserve the right to use all photos for future marketing both on print and media. Seattle VIP Photo has signed the NWMLS Photography agreement and we are on the list of approved photographers.
Aerial photography is typically shot at the time of appointment, but may be rescheduled due to weather conditions. We always try to pick the best day in order to safely produce the best possible product. FAA regulations may prevent flying in certain areas. Drone pilot has FAA Part 107 Pilot license.
We carry a commercial general liability insurance policy to protect against damage or injury while on-site.
